talentorium's Heather Banks in Sundance accepted short film

Love in the Time of Flannel offers a nostalgic view of surburban pre-teens in a sleepy beachside suburbia in 1992. The film tells the story of a 12 year-old boy, Josh, who has just learned the harsh reality of the middle school hierarchy:  although enrolled in the "gifted" classes, outside he's an unpopular nerd.  The film stars talentorium alum Heather Banks, who plays the role of 12 year-old Autumn. Josh must battle his supposed best friend Victor to win the affection of Autumn, the popular girl who loves indie music.  The film offers a fresh Generation Y perspective to the teen film genre, and appeals to a wide audience as a classic coming of age comedic drama.
